Material cost got increased by more than 5% .. Client has to pay Diff amount. Delay in work due to payment issue, clientwill be the responsible for hole and soul Client has to make the Payment as per aggrement, other wise work will be stopped without any Further intimation. After building completion, client has to pay final settelment amount within a month . If any rework happen at site after confirmation by client also. Client has to pay diff amount . If client want to Go for heigh end Product the diffrence amount to be paid before work Completion. Compound wall will be extra. Architectural & Structural drawings will not be extra. |
